Fes shows a new side to Turkish food culture. Opened by Cem Tanriverdi, this modern Turkish barbeque resto is all about slow food and social dining. Dishes are shared by the entire table and some can even be prepared together. Each table has its own grill for the guests to use. The dishes are served simultaneously, filling the table with a delicious spread of salads, meze, meat, and dips – Turkish with a modern twist.
